Re: Visa for future husband

Hi, Child's father has got ILR Father named on Birth certificate, no contacts, no CSA, basically no responsibility. Re: FLR FP extension advice needed urgently

Hiya, You don't need any documents from the child's father as long as you are not in a relationship with him or any court order if the child lives with you. Ensure you complete the father's details in the form on page 37 of FLR FP Version 04/2017. These were the list of documents I submitted and got...

Re: Flr fp for my 6 months old baby?

How were you able to get child benefit and tax credit? Did your visa say you are entitled to benefits? You don't need a solicitor, with help from this board you should be fine. Just ensure that you have all docs and complete the current version of the FLR FP FORM

Re: Spousal visa for someone who breached immigration rules?

How did she find out that she's not permitted to work as a Master's degree student? All students are allowed to work during school term not more than 20hours a week and can work full time during the holidays. I did my Master's degree with a Tier 4 visa which states that permitted to work 20hours dur...

Re: Apply to join family living permanently in the UK - Chil

Since child was born after parents got ILR does that not make the child British? If so, will applying for a passport not be better off rather than a visa. My thoughts which I am open to corrections if wrong.

You need to update your address with your bank and then request for a 6months statement which will only show your most recent address.

"and we've had a baby here" But this doesn't make the child British.[/quote]

Oh my bad didn't see the 'we've had a baby here' in the original post. And yet UK born doesn't automatically become a British.

Re: How to register nationality of a baby?

Hi, My spouse & I are on the investor visa, and we've had a baby here. We're "settled" here, but 2 years away from applying for ILR/PR. Our home countries basically are waiting on his British papers in order to register the baby - so we're mid-application for his adjoining the T1. But...

Re: FLR (fp) as parent of British Child

I guess what Vinny is saying is that you can apply for FLR FP partner route 10year route as you are not a single parent. I would also advise you include all documents regarding your children and husband. With regards to successful application no one is able to advise.
