i know of a friend whose visa was rejected (appeal was won with a help of a solicitor) because of mismatch of pay figures (difference of pence). I would strongly recommend you to get new payslips with figures matching to your credits in bank stmts. Ask your accountant to do this for you. Thats what ...
My initial T1(G) visa was for 3 years. Got the 1st extension last year for 2 years. I have a second extension coming up next year. I am wondering what will be my visa duration then.
By any chance - are you saying that you have made 2 independent applications at different point in times? For the main app and the dependant? and both of them are in process?
During my T1(G) extension last May, I had applied in person for a PEO appointment in Croydon 3 weeks before my visa expiry. I was granted an extension for 2 years from the day my visa expired. So in my case the visa start date was not the application date.
As sushdmehta mentioned, the visa issuing office should be Mumbai and at the end of the form filling process you can chose where you would want to submit the application. In my case, Pune.

Let us know if you declare this in your T1 G ext app form and if you have any problems in your PR. This is a very common convictions and a common question in this forum.
You should not have any problem at the airport. You have paid you fine and you have learnt your lesson. This cannot be held against you for all your life. Have a nice vacation. Enjoy!
Get a accountant to sort this out for you. Accountants tailor the salary and dividends such that you pay less tax. Also when it come to Tier1 ext, it necessary to show an accountants letter for all your earnings.
Hi. If one becomes redundant on a ICT, what are their options (spent just above a yr in UK)? I believe the obvious one is go back to your home country. Just checking if there is anything that I have missed. Also, can her partner take her passport of the country to her home country (while she is stil...
I dont know. But if you ask the bank to resend the statements again, it will have your new name. At least this is what I would expect it to work as for Lloyds TSB.
As suggested, you need to do a bit of more reading.
Age points should be the same as your initial application.
Tier1 is stopped. Tier1 ext continues as usual.
There is nothing called as an upliftment ratio anymore.
