so what did you enter in the section 4, question 4.3 of the form where they are asking what documents you have submitted for proving english language. Update: I then wrote to the case worker saying that 'the period of my visa extension has been inconsistent with section 245CB' (thanks to vinny). The case worker acknowledge that there was an administrative error and asked me to submit my BRP cards again for correction. Thanks everyone. Hope it helps.

Oh hell No. I should probably rephrase my answer!

No a criminal conviction will not affect your Tier1 if you declare it.

The second time my visa expired in 2012 I had to stay in India for 105 days for getting the new visa.
for 105 days in 2012 when I was in India without a UK visa.

So I presume this is a new ICT visa that you applied for (and not an extension). When was this visa stamped?

No, they were used to travel to USA and Saudi Arabia but not to UK
Well in this case you do not need to submit your old passports to ukba.
