Usually the visa remains valid inspite to the passports expiring. Your spouse would have to travel with both the passports.

But I suggest that this be confirmed by some senior members of this forum.

tier1 process includes the EC as well. It seems you have not read the guidance notes. Could you please first read the guidance notes http://www.vfs-uk-in.com/pbsguidance.aspx

In case you cannot read the guidance notes then you would need a consultant.

Hi, Letters posted on Friday from the HO would be delievered to us on Saturday. Hence I guess there would be no approvals on Monday. It would be from Tuesday - Saturday!

Hi,

I have filed from Wp to T1 on 8th May. I am due to travel to India on 15 June. I may have to miss this trip now.

Taking away the passports for over a month, with no timelines to cater to! I wonder whose idea could this be?

Not any 12 months, it should be consecutive 12 months. Please read the guidance notes carefully. It is also ok to have a small break in employment. Please show the salary of Jan, however small that may be.

Hi ashishashah, In UK, if you ask any bank (specifically lloyds tsb) to send over the stmts, they take another 5 - 10 working days to send over the stmts.
