Tanita1981 I have just called Home Office and been advised that the referees using the school address is ACCEPTABLE. I am submitting my son's MN1 today via NCS.

I'm in the same situation. Both school teachers have used the School Address and contact number. I queried this yesterday on the board and moderators have said it is fine.

Of what country/countries is your mother a citizen? If she is a Commonwealth citizen who was married to a British man with right of abode on 31 December 1982, she may qualify for right of abode in the UK in her own right. I would focus on submitting a strong application for FLR(O) first. Non-payment of the NHS bills will complicate the situation with the Home Office. I can appreciate how distressing this must be for you all. It appears that you should use form FLR(O) to request an extension due to extenuating circumstances preventing your mother from travelling.
