main challenge would be for people the past earnings as in old system there was no points system and people were getting extension even if they dont have job

but the person who is at age greater than 29 ,graduate level has to show so much earnings in order to qualify. I dont like it . as I have to show lots of earnings in UK for extensions.

i was turning 28 in oct so I mentioned it in review form, plz treat it urgently so that if it refused i am able to reapply again

I have exactly same situation as like urs. i have sent first application on 1 aug 2006 and it was rejected on same grounds as urs. and I got rejection in same period. and then I applied in 3-oct-2006 and now waiting.

(This is apart from review applications) Even if you assume that they have 50 caseworkers each have to see atleast 6 cases per day There may be only 5 to 10 managers They have to review 30 to 60 cases per day So it will delay, its natural....
