today i called again and they said no decison has been made. why this is so

In my UK company reference letter , they mentioned my designation as senior IT Professional. I am claiming graduate level. This designation is not in casewoker manual , any guess how HO will treat it?

will update abt decision when I will get inshallah on Monday... May Allah its +ve ..

i just got to know decision has been made and they have sent mine docs. didnt get through 6020... so waiting for docs

hari, as far as they told me my case was assigned to caseworker on 26-OCT and after then same reply of final stages. i also emailed caseworker , he also told me that decision is expected shortly... so what do u think whats going on i have claimed for both exp and past earnings and all was straight. ...

I called again today and same frustrating answer, its in final stages and decision will b made as soon as possible.

very sorry to hear this. what these guys are doing? You should talk to caseworker and appeal and give evidence that ur employer verified it.

first ask from HO by email or phone as DD is not mentioned in HO guidance and they said methid except will not b accepted

u can also use someone else credit card for this purpose. I used someone else card with his signature on form

I have submitted 3 refernce letters but none of them used keyword 'FULL Time' although i am full time worker. is it necessary but i have detailed job description.
