Re: Tier 2 Urgent help, please

Just found out the closing date etc is all showing, whew.
So I should be all ok to go. Filling in the last of my application, can anyone provide a comprehensive list of what they will be looking for at the visa application stage itself?

Have you spoken to your agency? Have they been asked for extra documents?

Re: RLMT Question

If you read the government's documents on this, there is no mention of specific / mandatory screenshots.

Re: Tier 2 Urgent help, please

Honestly... as long as it's not an issue at the application stage, I'll be ok with it. May I ask what info exactly they'll be looking at, at the application stage? Thanks for all your help.

Re: RLMT Question

My immigration lawyer has said screenshots are not mandatory but if you have copies of the ads, that would help.

Re: Tier 2 Urgent help, please

So... I've just been told it got approved. Still fairly nervous though, what will they check for when I apply for the visa itself?

Re: CoS Decision

Wow, that's a long time. My sponsors won't even tell me anything. May I ask how many points your application should be claiming? And do you know what documents they've requested?

CoS Decision

Would anyone be able to tell me whether a CoS decision can take longer than the set 11th working day of the month? Or can evidence / documents be requested on the 11th working day of the month, and be given a certain amount of time for submission?

Thanks.

Tier 2 Urgent help, please

Hi, If an advert on Universal Job Match was modified slightly within the 28 day period, would this come up as a problem in CoS / visa being approved? I also saved a copy of the advert which clearly showed the posting and expiry date (of 30 days) but I have just realised this is not showing up on the...

CoS Application

Hello, Can someone advice me of the various reasons a CoS may be declined? As far as I am aware, my employer has applied for a CoS for a job that was advertised on Universal Job Match and one other website for 28 days. They received 1 - 2 applicants which they did not find suitable. So the applicati...
