my friend has had HSMP visa for nearly 4 years, he is going

to extend it next month, but he's just found his first job last month, should i say he is doomed to fail next month?
and my caseis, if I pass HSMP for the first time next month, and then how much should I earn in order to extend my visa? my friend and I are both MA of UK universities. thanks.
