Re: should i be worried? - efm april applicant

HO may well decide not to return your passport. It may depend if you have any leave on your other visa. If the RC is not granted you will have no basis to remain in UK once UK visa has expired. Suggest focus on establishing your status and think about travelling later. Hi Noajthan, Thank you very m...

Re: should i be worried? - efm april applicant

But what if I can enter the country without visa (i can stay 180 days in UK without visa, as a tourist). Even in that case, you will have a visa, just one that is stamped on arrival. Your immigration history will be available to the Immigration Officer at the airport/seaport that you will attempt r...

Re: should i be worried? - efm april applicant

Your earlier posts suggest that you were on a Tier 2 visa and that subsequently resigned from the job associated with the Tier 2 visa. Is that a correct summary of your situation? Be aware that as the EFM of an EEA citizen, you have no automatic right to remain in the UK until you are issued with a...

Re: should i be worried? - efm april applicant

You still have a month before home office have to give an answer to your application, the 6months allowance to home office start from the date of COA not from the date you submitted application, you should never book holiday before getting your RC ,special this days ,application refused for silly R...

Re: EEA2 apps- resigned from work

I had applied to EEA2 and nearly expecting my decision. All rules and people says that aplicants must inform HO for any changes you declare at strart if something happened while waiting. It is one of the point to also changes for work you or spouse. Thank you, it's only my status changed. but on th...

Re: EEA2 apps- resigned from work

If you have resigned from your Tier 2 job, then you cannot enter the UK on your Tier 2 leave. Carry proof of your relationship to the EEA national. but I was informed by my HR manager that the Tier 2 visa is valid 60 days after my resignation, during this time I can still travel? but what about if ...

EEA2 apps- resigned from work

Hello everyone, I met my fiancé at work (in 2013), at that time i was sponsored by my company (on tier 2 visa). We moved together in 2014 January and we were engaged in 2015 May. At the end of April 2016, I wanted to switch from tier 2 to the EEA RC. So we sent through the application at the end of ...
