FILLABLE NATURALIZATION FORM

Does anyone have a fillable naturalization form (AN). The one that is available at UKBA site to download does not allow to edit and put information on the computer.

If anyone has a fillable form or the link where I can get this, kindly forward to me.

Thanks a million in advance.

Regards,

The other thing that you may need to consider that govt is proposing to change the citizenship rules in the near future. Based on the proposals, the ILR will not be granted after 5 years. Instead there will be two routes... one will be to take up the probationary citizenship for at least one year an...

It is indeed a historic day. I hope that everything goes right and HO realizes its mistake and does not complicate it further by appealing or by some delaying tactics.

Naturalization after ILR in the new system

Hi. A quick question, not sure if it has been asked before....I searched and did not get any thread. Under the new proposed 'Path to Citizenship' does it specify the time period after ILR to citizenship. I understand that under the proposal an individual will be given probationary citizenship after ...

Family ILR

Dear all, I have a question, I am sure it must have been asked and answered before but I could not find it after searching for a while. I am an HSMP holder from Pakistan and hopefully will be applying for ILR soon based on 5 years residence. My question is that my wife and kids joined me in the UK a...

I reiterate that you can amalgamate the time if you switch from Work Permit to HSMP. But when you switch from HSMP to Work Permit, you lose your time spend here and the clock is re-set..... Another 5 years for ILR. I consulted a lawyer, my company lawyer and this was his response. Please be very sur...

I am in a similar situation ie HSMP holder and was considering a change to WP. Checked with my company lawyer and he confirmed that if I change to WP, I will LOSE my time as HSMP holder and the clock will be re-set and I will have to spend 5 more years on WP to get the ILR. However, if one is switch...

Thanks for your response. I agree that its unfair.... :( I hope I get to spend at least 4 years here and in the meantime this retrospective change is taken back as well and I get the ILR before my transfer and..... If wishes were horses....

VIPP

HI all. Glad to be part of this forum. Have a quick question. I have a HSMP visa and whenever I return from a business trip, immigration officer puts an entry stamp on my passport and writes V.I.P.P. Can any one please tell me what it means.

Regards,
