Thanks Char, Just a question if you dont mind. If the 5 year date is 2nd Jan 2019 but the extension of the visa gives a Visa that is only valid until Decmber 25th 2018 what happens... can I still apply if I am in the 28 day window despite the Extended Visa no longer being valid to the 2nd of Jan 201...

Hello Ashik,

Unfortunately - Ben has only reiterated what is already there - he clearly has not mentioned HSMP holders - only made a mention to Tier 1 holders and as nionlight and confusedhsmp have already pointed - this is the source of the problem.

At the moment Im waiting - Like some of you guys have already mentioned there has been nothing official - I think it would be crazy to apply this rule to everyone in such short notice. However its the HO and crazy ideas are not beyond them.
