Re: MN1 registration email notification

Nationality applications have a target processing time of 6 months, it could be faster than that or slower. UKVI don't give process updates on applications. If you contact them they'd normally refer to the 6 months target, i.e. tell you to wait. Thanks alterhase58. Since most of the cases 3 to 4 mo...

Re: MN1 application referrer rule

Hi All,
Since this is British citizenship application, and where it ask to upload current passport details then just front and last page should suffice ? I don't think there should be need to show other pages where visa stamps given.
Please suggest.

Kind Regards,
Satyajeet

Thank you. I am applying on the basis of Tier2 (skilled worker). Also ‘country you have lived in, no mater how short the stay was’. I have visited USA a few times in the past for 2-3 months each time as tourist on tourist visa. I guess that doesn’t count as ‘living’ and I don’t have to mention thos...

The assessment is based on the date of your application, NOT the date of the appointment :!:
So if you apply for ILR now, you are assumed to be on maternity when the caseworker gets to assess your application
Thanks Zimba
