I applied for Tier 4 refused in 2014 and had appeal right and first tier Tribunal refused then applied for permission to appeal few months ago and no reply from them. So u mean I can withdraw and apply for ILR with in 28 days after withdrawn is legally allowed ?

Hello Sidra, What is update on your case? Did your withdraw appeal and applied same day for ILR? Thank you. Not yet my LIUK test in two weeks and waiting for permission to appeal in FTT and some lawyers told me to wait until if accept or reject then apply for ILR so not quite sure what i need to do...

thank you navaid But withdraw appeal confirmation will come in two to 5 working days then how can i go with same day service and if i withdraw Appeal my 3C will End am i eligible to make an other application is it allowed by home office ?
