Hello I am confused regarding job creation. I got my initial T1 Entrepreneur Visa in March 2013 and then extended my visa. For ILR am I using the same documents which I used for the visa extension on creation of the two roles (each 12 Months) which I created in the first three years before extension...

I want to switch to Tier 2 General from Tier 1 Entrepreneur, age above 26. Want to apply for three years. For salary rate, am I considered experienced or entrant? Is experienced rate just matters for applications for more than three years?

Unfortunately my case refused today. I need to act fast. Does anyone knows how long does it take after AR if I apply for AR? They claimed some documents were missing which we submitted and apparently home office lost them.
