Re: Rules relaxation for citizenship

Yes, you don't need to be in the UK for 10 years to apply for citizenship.
5 years and 1 year ILR is enough.
They won't ask if you overstayed your visa or you came into the UK illegally.

Re: Divorce after Pre-settled status

Hi,
As I have been told by the resolution centre you just tell them that you are devorced now if they ask you, once you are devorced your wife don't need to be with you anymore.
You can't apply for retained right to reside until you reach 5 years and apply for settled status.

Re: EEA Pre-settled granted - what if divorce ??

I called the resolution centre today and they told me that I can travel with my BRC and then apply under the retained right to reside when I apply for the settled status. The lady told me as well that she put a notice on my application that I'm in process of divorce. I don't know if that will cause ...

Re: EEA Pre-settled granted - what if divorce ??

OK. And should I let the home office know or should I wait until I apply for settled status and use my divorce certificate ?
If I should let them know how would I do that without applying for the ROR

Thank you.
