Graduate Visa Reverting Back From Tier 2

Dear All, I urgently need your assistance, I recently graduated with Masters In Law in October 2021 at this point I had a tier 4 visa valid until April 2022. I was fortunate enough to get a job as soon as I graduated which offered sponsorship therefore I immediately applied for Tier 2. The Tier 2 vi...

Re: Set (O) Tier 2 Dependent Partner Change in Status

Thank you so much.

I have not seen any guidance documents and the checklist has no info relating to financial proof etc?

Do you know where I can get this info?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Set (M) Employment Letter

Hi, I applied for my wife's Set (M) ILR in November 2020, and uploaded documents within the same month via the app. However we realised they were two mistakes with the documents uploaded - 1. Two months of pay slips not uploaded correctly as there was a duplicate. 2. The employer letter states all t...

Thank you for the comments. I have since submitted my application and have mentioned the pending NIP. Re: Partner Tier 2 PBS Extension Maintenance

Oh okay, that's fine. We have not maintained the finds due to recent family emergencies and thought that extension were exempt from maintenance due to having read the above caveat in guidance notes as I was exempt from providing maintenance in the most previous applications.

It's really unclear.

Thank you for your feedback. I am confused with the last part of that exemption, " unless the main applicant already had leave in a Tier 2 category and when applying for their most recent period of Tier 2 leave was not required to show evidence of satisfying maintenance requirements." So s...

Hi Divu,

They say its 8 weeks from the day application is submitted. It seems there might be a back log considering the time it took to send biometrics letter.
