What is the standard time for reveiw an HSMP apllication

Dear Mates,
I have submitted my reveiw application on 31st July '06, but till today I haven't got any reply. Should I contact HSMP team or wait for further days.

Pls. advice me.

Can anybody tell me what is the current processing time for HSMP review.
