Guys, do you know any other way how to get the post back from them? Am just a bit worried that INIS won't reply and my case will be delayed/deferred/cancelled.

Thanks Obie. I seem very undecided at times, but I guess there will be no harm in applying.

She was born on 25/09/2015. It took me three visits to the local pharmacy just to get her pictures. She would be awake all night and asleep all day. :D

Hi. Does this apply to people who already have immigration status and are on a workpermit? Or is GNIB still upgrading stamps over the counter?

Just to update on this problem. Spoke to UKVI and they do not accept these validity stamps. I guess our embassy needs to come out of the stone age now.

I haven't even applied for her passport yet. And from 1st october i understand it will no longer be possible to apply over counter as everyone would need to apply on a form and send to residence division of INIS? thats my understanding at least.

Great. Relieved to hear that. Thank you very much.

Just out of curiosity, didn't they introduce supervised division only recently? And if you don't mind me asking, how long were you on that register?

Appreciate the help.

My query is that, in case of doctors, does registration under the supervised division with the medical council (but with stamp 1 immigration permission) count towards reckonable residence for long term residence and naturalisation? Sent a few emails to INIS but haven't got any replies yet. J...
