your salary and NI/Taxes should be processed in UK if you want the dependent to be eligible for working in uk..short term is fine like 1-2 months but not beyond that.

still contact some law firm on this for peace of mind :)

thats strange because for it is showing 121,870 INR which equated to 1426 GBP according to current rate ..

no idea what or where i am going wrong with this thingy ???

also i have one query for ihs fees.

is there any option where you can pay the amount in GBP ? It is showing to me only in INR with skewed exchange rates...

Got the naric thingy.. In IT industry so no pcc and in UK since last few years so no tb certificate too.. Will check with lawyer on stuff..

Aah so priority is including visa fees of 610 and 200 for priority.. Instead u can select super priority and it will be 610 plus 956.. And if you pay in gbp no conversion charges I assume.. Plus I have no idea how to check the appointment as vfs only goes in after fees payment... Is there a way on h...

aah .. even i asked the same on the call.. she was very confident that u can buy all things at centre..
ok so the priority is gov.uk and not vfs that is good to know.. plus in which currency the payment can be done? Is it inr or gbp ?

i can see the priority timelines are really more than 5 days and taking up to a month.. :(

T2G - out of country application

Hi All, I am planning to apply for t2g out of country probably in month of August. The concern is that the company is saying that the application and appointment will be made only when i travel to my home country and not before that. They are worried about t2g getting rejected if application is done...

i would suggest wait for your tier 1 visa to come and then take next steps.
her current visa is valid till you get your new visa.. and after u get your new visa apply immediately for her t1 dependent visa..

Or simply do the required English test. yes that is what i am researching now .. and confused with it .. so IELTS have two options IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration fee and Life skills.. so i assume the first one is for t2 general. or the IELTS in general will do for this ? aah got it finally.. it...

Ah.. Got it... By question 3 I meant that if current employer do the t2 g.. Is there any benefit in terms of process.. But as u said it is treated in similar manner.. So that cleared too..
