For ILR you must meet the salary set for ILR or what your SOC is, whichever is higher. If you don't meet the ILR requirement, you will be refused. No one can say what the rules in 2024 will be. ok so at the time of getting the t2 general that matter and nothing about future increase or decrease ......

Re: Tier 2 Extensions NHS

My understanding is that if you stay in the same trust, you just need to extend. You don't have to worry about the salary threshold. But you need to think about how to get ILR when your tier 2 expires in a further 3 years time. You can only be on tier 2 for max 6 years and you have to reach a salar...

I think you should count from when URN is received

On the HO acknowledgement email it's clearly mentioned 18 or 25 days from now
Can you please help me in with your journey and ho/what kind of supporting docs you provided ?

thanks

Re: Tier 2 ict dependent to tier 2 General

You have to apply for Tier 2 general from your home country. If approved, your ICT dependent visa will be cancelled automatically and you can only return to the UK and work only for your tier 2 general sponsor. You will therfore need to resign before you apply if it is not your current employer spo...

Re: Interested in Tier 1 Exceptional Talent Visa

I would suggest that you read the requirements on Technation guidance and the detailed visa guidance to assess what is required and whether you will be able to arrange for the same. https://technation.io/visa/ https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_dat...
