Too late for that now. The Case Worker won't even have to make any checks with HMRC for your LR application, the refusal for tax discrepancy will be held on record. It would have been wiser to at least challenge the refusal at AR or JR instead of putting in an invalid LR application. Hi Casa. Am ne...
