I had the same problem with my wife's application. Had to go to court where it was overturned. It's just a ridiculous misunderstanding from the part of the ECO. Don't understand how self employment works. Absolutely ridiculous.

My wife's visa was rejected last year in September. I appealed the decision and had a hearing August 22nd 2016. 3rd of November my wife submitted her passport.

My question is, when and how do we pay the health surcharge again?
