The paragraphs you've posted refer to the absence of the spouse who is subject to immigration control...in your case this would be your wife. It doesn't appear from your post that you intend your wife to join you while you're working abroad. In which case, as one of the conditions of her 2 year spo...

[quote ="flyguy"]The agency will be approved by the BHC (if its the same in Ghana like most other countrys who sub contract the application submission to 3rd party companies, like VFS, etc), so paying by cash or via a card should be fine. If you want to pay online, need to contact the off...

that is not helpful .
It clearly states that hands need to be free of cuts etc . No need for gross complaints just some patience.
You could go back and ask them to try again explaining the need to travel .

Assume you mean different centre from previous application no problem.
Would be unusual not to apply together so if you are thinking of this may not be helpful.

You will have to wait til the cut is healed. If you are desperate for one to come let the one whose hand is OK to apply and wait for the others to heal then apply

you have posted in the ILR section so it is not clear what visa you are applying for . A visit visa will have the names of the 2 adults on the visa and the child must travel with one or the other. For dependant visa the name of the sponsoring parent is on the visa but the do not have to travel with ...

I agree with Greenie - health visitors do encourage you to apply and let HMRC decide. The problem is not around the person not knowing his/her rights as an immigrant but more of trusting a competent and govt authority like HMRC to make the right decision. I bet that al least 50% people would trust ...

Re: GP Asking money for reference

Hi all, I am in process of applying for a citizenship for my child (born in the uk) based on section 1(3) as I have recently been granted ILR. I went to see GP to get the reference in MN1 form. To my surprise, my GP said he would need £40 to sign the reference. Is this legal or is this another way ...

This English test requirement is a money making scheme and a way of delaying the flow of more applicants. It has nothing to do with integrating into society, because a) the level of english required will not be sufficient to "integrate" b) if someone does not want to learn english, and li...

Using your numbering :- He needs a Child Settlement visa. That needs to be applied for in his country. It cannot be applied for in the UK. Do not bring him to the UK without that visa in his passport. You cannot make that application. But a Child Settlement visa, it is important to show that you ha...

If you are moving back permanently and the baby would grow up in India, then there are more disadvantages than benefits ... for example, you will end up paying more for all the fees (usually 3-4 time the normal fees) as the baby will have NRI status ... This is not always true know many british chi...

the level of english is A1 which is very low, how do you communicated is it English if so should be easy to pass for him .
I think you will have a hard time showing he will return with a visit visa and you should have a plan B.
