Re: Employer obligations at visa termination

Thanks again. If they decided to not renew my visa, is it treated as a dismissal and I can ask for my redundancy rights?

Re: Employer obligations at visa termination

Thanks for your reply. I was hoping that the company was obliged to pay for the flights back to my country.

Employer obligations at visa termination

My visa is due at the end of the year and my employer decided to do not renew my visa (I’m in the UK for the latest 3 years). What should I do? Does the company have any obligations with me?

Re: Tier 2 (G) - Renewal

- your certificate of sponsorship reference number - Does my employer needs to provide a new COS for me or can I use the old one? If I could use the old one, does my employer needs to be active or his licence can be expired? You need a new CoS. You cannot use the 'old' one. Your employer must be ac...

Hello all,

Should I translate my documents to visa interview?

I`m going on Monday and not sure if I need to translate my marriage certificate and my daughter birthday certificate.

Thanks,

Tier 2 process - Need help

Hello,

My employer just sent me the CoS number.
I`ve put all my information, my wife`s and daughter in VISAS4UK, already payed and booked a date.

What is next? How long it should take? I just need to take the documents to British Consil and will leave there with a visa?

Thanks all,

Will

TIER 2 GENERAL - Doubt about dependents

Hello,

I'm doing a TIER 2 GENERAL visa. I'm going with my wife and with my daughter (1 year old).

We did the English test and now we are going to interview. I have some questions.

We need only one CoS?
Does my daughter needs to prove something?

Thanks!

Will

Tier 2 (gen) restricted COS is taking more time than usual.

Hello,

My future boss made an application for a restricted CoS last month and received an e-mail asking for documents by the 05/08. He sent all the documents and the application still UNDER REVIEW. How long does it usually take?

Thanks,

Will
