I got mine on 3rd days .. (Tuesday evening ILR Approved -> Friday morning BRP received)

Yes, I took time off before joining new job. I didn't mention any thing about it in the ILR application and no cover letter as well.

There will not be any impact on ILR for 2 days gap. Mine was 7 days and ILR done on Tuesday.

Yes my previous Tier 2 ICT leave was expired and I applied after 45 days of its expiry. And then entered with new tier2 general visa.

My gap is 77 days and I entered with new visa (tier2 ICT to ICT General). Just for the double check, in this case, still do I need to fill 7 Years 4 months?

Hello,
I have one query, i came to UK on tier 2 general visa on 29th April 2012 but the visa issue on 24th April 2012. When will I be eligible for the ILR application, 28 days before entry in UK or 28 days before visa issue date? Please advise.

Thanks for your response. Currently I am on Tier 2 General visa. Sorry to confirm once again, is there annual leave limitation in single leave plan as I am taking 25 days paid leave .
