My wife got visa discretionary leave limited leave to remain 10 year route parent FLR FP we will apply for visa extension in 2017. If child's father wasn't British nor settled when child was born, then child cannot apply for a British passport directly. However, if child's father has ILR now, then child is entitled to register . Ask the UKVI or landlord checking service to confirm child's father's status? It's not confirmed if...
