I'm non EEA Nd got my SAR and state my aquired PR Nd was different from what I thought , but I remember when I applied for my SAR I state in the application the reason for SAR I want to know the exact date for my PR So that's why they didn't mention that to u Nd a lot of members U have to write them...

I had my Ncs yesterday and my application was done and I declared the allegation but the lady in Ncs said as soon as is not convicted u shouldn't write it but u declare it that's ok it won't be ground of refusal ,
