But yesterday when I called them they said that all applications that were against the old rule.... i.e. those are HSMP (not tier 1) have been given to case workers. Hi, called Home office a couple of times today. First guys said they are processing applications from 20 Feb (yesterday they said 23rd!).. The second time there was this decent bloke who spent a lot of time going through the system and said that my FLR application (Posted 25th, Money taken on 26th)...

I sent application on 26th Feb and it was received on 27th still no response.... today I called there again at option 4 and then Option 2 advisor told me that they have started allocating applications received on 7th March to case workers but that does not mean all applications received before that ...

Any news for anyone ???? It seems like after the amount is charged they keep the applicants in limbo.... atleast they should tell us on the phone when we *FINALLY* make it to the advisor through phone calls :(

Dates being Processed

I just called home office and asked the advisor,she told me that they are picking up 29th Feberuary cases....... :) and So 26th and 27 (where my case lies) are in middle of processing. I tried calling on 0114 207 4074 and got same repeated reply on option 4 & 1 that applications posted after 20th Feb are under consideration. Is there anyone who got his/her extenation approval of application sent after 25th or 26th.

26th Feb 2008 - Application Sent through royal mail express delivery
27th Feb 2008 - Application received at HO
29th Feb 2008 - Got reference number.


Still awaiting for my docs

I am applying for FLR HSMP, I have heard that one can apply more than five weeks before visa expiry on HSMP. If so how many weeks before visa expiry can I apply for HSMP extension.
