You need to list your wife's work pay etc. But if only relying on your salary to meet the financial requirement, you only need to submit your payslips and bank statements. Understood. Thank you. How about 6 proof of address? My understanding is that this requirement is for extension not for initial...

Hi thank you for your reply.

My wife will apply from within UK. Actually she has been staying with me for the past eight years always holding a dependant visa to me (I was holding student, PSW, tier two general).
