Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi All,

I really need your advise as I have received an invitation for interview at a VFS office in central london. Is anyone in the same situation or been to an interview there? What are the likely questions as it seems outcome from interview has not been favourable.

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi,

Has anyone experiencing severe delays in their Tier 1 to ILR application applied for a subject access request? I hear this will prompt them to expedite action. The SAR will detail all information they have about your application and what is holding it.

Hi Espirer,

Am not sure, would have tried it if I have the money. But I believe it's called fast track for a reason, and they also ask the reason why you want it fast tracked.

Hello everyone, I have applied for my son on SET(F) by premium service on the 18/04/2016, they didn't interview us made us wait for 5 hours on that particular day but called us and gave us a letter saying that they need to make additional inquiries. Re: ILR postal applications (excluding SET(LR))

My amendment is about 5k and Threshold 40k. It's sad that there is nothing we can do even though the HO said these applications normally take 6 months, and if there is a problem they will let us know, it's strange that they are not saying anything. I think we both has done our due diligence, maybe t...
