This is caseworker mistake, go for AR and also give the reference number of your initial application if you have the record.

Kindly check policy guide, your investment must be trackable and identical, which means that you have to show your personal bank statement and business bank statement.

Kindly check your lawyers ability again, because he is totally wrong. What he is suggesting is for initial application and that is not valid for extension. It is better to fulfill visa requirements and do business. Otherwise you can switch to tier 2.

I have created a positing in one of my old business which lasted for more then 12 months and at that positing 3 workers worked through out that time and the payment was initially £6.70, then £7.0 and £7.5. In my application form where it says mention hourly pay, my lawyer simply put the like £6.7/£7...

For investment you need to do payment directly from your personal account to business account , paying the money from company one to company two is not your investment. It is considered that one company is loaning to other company.
