Re: OCI or Indian Visa???

Hello Does anybody know fees for Indian e-Visa from UK? My options are to go for e-Visa or get an OCI for my child for travelling in December. OCI timelines are a bit uncertain(though most people seem to get back documents in 6 weeks) hence would prefer e-Visa. But I cant find e-Visa fees mentioned ...

Re: Baby born in UK, Tier 1 General Dependent visa Qs

Hi All,

One more question @ BRP for the child :
-When I apply for the child's visa from India, will his biometric imprints be recorded ?
-Will a BRP be given in India itself, or will he get a temporary visa stamp on his passport and have to collect BRP in UK later?

Re: Baby born in UK, can travel on indian passport without v

Ignore me. Strong tea?? :) Ok folks...didn't get the humour initially(maybe I'm not British enough yet)...but what's the answer please? Does the OP's and...

Baby born in UK, Tier 1 General Dependent visa Qs

Hi, I read on gov.uk that UK authorities have started checking visa status while going out of country as well. I have same situation as OP and its cheaper to apply for UK Visa once the baby travels to India(£936 there) v/s £1771 in UK. Can someone tell me whether travelling out w/o visa and then app...
