I applied in july 2016 got second stage letter in feb 2017 in march 2018 I was told my application is ready for submission in june 2018 some how my application get back to further processing since then I call them every two or 3 weeks and get same answer they are waiting for garda reports and final ...

nope I called them yesterday they said they are waiting for garda reports. application is in further processing
these are all excuses
I don't have any criminal record no court issues no traffic offenses
I applied 2 years ago my application is 2nd stage since feb 2017.

i hope your right but it is highly unlikely because this is gona be a big ceremony and usually there is a flood of approval letter posted on this form every time they need to send approval letters then request payment and then send invitation take a few week so even if there will be my bet is its go...

well technically it shouldn't because this period is not from the years you are claiming your 5 years including one years continues residency from. but! as things are these days they can use any excuse to delay or refused citizenship so I think best course of action is you send them an email and ask...

depends on your document if ur still with eu spouse and you have solid paper work like proof of addresses in both name and eu citizen continuously working for past 5 years it can take as little as 3 weeks to full 6 months.

if i were you i would send them a letter and tell them but its your choice there is no right course of action maybe its not a good idea and maybe it is a good idea but i also tend to be more transparent no matter what the result may be.

there is no answer that will satisfied your anxiety but I can tell you this they don't need your passport to delay or refuse your application so asking for your passport has a very unlikely a negative impact on your application in fact they might start working on your application further so it can b...
