finalversion I have no experience in eu divorce all I know is eu tr dpt ask for translated decree of divorce nothing more nothing less. if I have to chose I would go for option 1 have the date changed and if the judge review the case and overturn the decision I would apply again but I am a very risk...

as long as there is no gap in your stamp / visa and you have not out of the country for 6 weeks or more

tick the box yes and explain it with remorse for your action on the space given underneath if you don't, they are not going to call you and ask you for explanation they will simply delay your application for few years without telling you why and then you gona beat yourself up about not telling them ...

I think the only person help you is your spouse her solicitor and the solicitor who represent you in court just have this wording changed to what has actually happen the fact you don't speak the country language it can be easy recognised as an error and can be corrected by the court I don't know any...

also be careful when your appealing against this because legally it could cause complications to your spouse as this will mean ur spouse lied under oath in court of law because you know the solicitors would never admit in court that they put in something to make divorce easier because they will lose...
