Re: EU SPOUSE MINISTER PROPOSES TO REFUSE... PLS HELP

true!!

what I fail to understand is how a solicitor can make such mistakes you can Google most information and there is everything crystal clear in the directives.
i think i would more consider the advise of members on this board at my own risk then a solicitor.

Re: Stamp 4 EUFAM after got separated

as long as your spouse is still economically active your right to remain in the state is valid you should be married to her for three years and one year should be in state with her. separation doesn't mean your marriage is ended. there is nothing written anywhere in EU directive or the Regulation 20...

Re: Please, my eu1a was refuse

get your company to send a letter directly to EU treaty section admitting they made an error this can work no harm in trying before filing a review. once INIS received the letter email eu treaty right section and ask them if they can accept it. if not then fill the review form and hope they will pro...

Re: Retention of rights

if your divorce in Ireland you must have been separated for 4 years
to apply for retention you must be married for 3 years and you have to prove that by showing bills in mutual names etc etc.
do you hold eu1 or eu3(permanent residence stamp?)

if you have a letter from immigration office covering for that period or a stamp on your passport ur fine.
being a spouse of eu national doesn't automatically cover your entitlement you have to apply for it and it has to be approved after considering all conditions meet by INIS

Re: Refusal for EU4 - Review Process and other related questions

if you can genuinely and beyond doubt prove that your parents financial situation has substantially changed since they left home country then you have a chance of approval at review.
im sure your going through a solicitor but just make sure your solicitor is well aware of the directives.

but if you don't inform them they can and will find out they might say well you should have informed us.

so if i was in your situation i would inform them
