true! any application that they had in process (before submitted to minister dept) when the new form was introduced in Aug. 2016 they all had to be re process In line with the new applications therefore the request of orig passports from people who applied before Aug. 2016. this is what I think migh...

status on arrival in state? if you were married at that time which from your narrative it suggest you were and you tick the box family member of eu citizen then your fine i think.

well did you came to Ireland without a valid visa? because this is a problem you shouldn't have cross the boarder with out a valid visa !! when you sent your application what did you write in the Eu1 form on section of status on arrival in state? p60 is not proof of residence you may have better luck with other documents such as bank statements revenue letter or gp letter they may have accepted p60 from some applicants in past but there is no guarantee they will accept yours ! you don't wana wait 12 to 16 months only to find out your applica...

u applied in aug 2016 why thy ask for passport in oct 2017 so late this is why i thought maybe they reprocess ur application again from the date u submit ur orig passport ie oct 2017 then issue u a second stg letter today but i hope im wrong on this !!

the form was published on the 15th of aug 2016 if you use old form after that date then the new rules apply to you such as submitting original passport etc etc maybe they are re processing your application from october 2017 when you submitted your original passport to them or maybe the second letter...

joint account is not necessary any official verifiable document that proof recourses/ funds available to eu citizen is acceptable I only suggest this because if the immigration office request local bank statement you can say that you cant have it in your current situation. on a separate note wish I ...

1) maternity leave are count as economically active period so your cover for that on both occasions just write a cover letter from when to when you were on maternity leave. now you said from June to October 2016 you were un employed so just put the p45 from the old employer and p60 from new employer...
