also just remember date of initiation of divorce is the key point and deciding factor of your retention
you must! be able to show that at the point of initiation of your divorce ur spouse was in ireland and was working

I think my problem is one of a kind usually people with eu1 after change in their circumstances apply for eu5
but don't think it happened that someone with permanent residence card have to go through this.
can someone else with similar situation address on this?

i am taxed at higher band I applied in aug 2016 and still waiting
so no your pay is not a relevant factor but following are

if you have been burden to state funds welfare etc etc
your personal character and conduct
basis of your current permission ie visa to stay in Ireland

cumulative gross income means all together for example
year1 10k
year2 15k
year3 17k

cumulative income 42k hence you qualify to sponsor your immediate family

I don't think you understood the table its not for how many people apply in those years its for how many application pending since those years these were the people still waiting for approval example there are 340 people who applied in 2014 or earlier didn't received there approval up to 25/04/2018 ...

They never send approval letter via email in fact the only reply to emails they don’t initiate any correspondence with email. im sorry but without passport their is no way you will get your residency card
you will only waste your and INIS time better cancel your appointment so someone else could use the slot and do not make an appointment until you have your passport in hand.
