Re: Gap in GNIB Stamp and Naturalisation

for all of those who are saying your cover with a letter i think you need to make your point in detail as far as i know the only time your cover with letter is for the letter that is issued by GNIB granting you a visa by instructing you to go to ginib office for the stamp and card, and in a work per...

also note when you apply for retention you will receive a temporary stamp if your documents are in order and complete and your case is genuine and that should solve your visa expiration issue

Re: Form EU3

you can not apply for permanent residence you should apply for retention (divorce) then apply for PR on your own rights.
if your daughter is Irish that's 2nd reason you cant apply as her dependent.
INIS says on website you should apply for retention first before to apply for PR 3rd reason.

thanks

Re: EU3 & EU5

my opinion is to withdraw your PR and keep your retention application in place for following reasons 1) permanent residence is for people who fulfil the criteria of living with the eu spouse who is excercising their eu treaty rights for a continues period of 5 years your divorce make your applicatio...

Re: Who got approval since June? [Delays]

Ali
can you advise why did you re apply EU1 for 5 years again instead of permanent residence for 10 years?

because if your spouse were exercising her eu treaty rights for 5 years then a permanent residence is better then re applying for EU1 in every way.

thanks

Re: Re-Entry Visa Sticker Errors

Malik the fact that you have a temporary visa kinda makes the difference because for what ever category of visa you have applied under I believe it is still in process and not decided yet and that limit your rights at the boarder so id say you send them bk and ask for rectification also ask them to ...
