ok for that you do need re entry visa you should clearly right on your post that you have a temporary stamp which is only stamp 4(as stated on your garda card) and not stamp 4 eufam

why did you apply for re entry visa if you have stamp 4 eu fam? last year I made an appointment when I went there they did not gave me re entry visa they said we don't require re entry visa. so most likely your passport will be back sooner then 10 days as they will not process your re entry visa req...

I applied on the 24th Aug with new form still haven't got my passport back or any acknowledgement.
based on stamp4 eu fam 5 year.
a week ago email them they said 10 days if I still don't herd anything from them email them again and they will follow up.

anybody in similar situation ?

yup i got all that and thats all im sending.

one question last year i renewed my passport now the first stamp on my old passport from 2012 to 2017 however i had transfer that stamp to my new passport which is from 2015 to 2017 should i also send colour copy of old passport?

well thats the confusing part in 5 yrs she work on 4 different branches though same employer how should i write that in the history section ?
