Re: delay in citizenship application - applied in 2016

I never understood the meaning of these replys

further processing
advance stage
final stage
application complete

non of those replies has proven promising most applicant who are waiting for a long time i-e 2 years just jump between these stages

Re: Residency card

Re: Urgent - Question on Multiple applications for spousal reunification.

well its pretty clear and you know the answer if you were married in 2014 you have to wait the 7 years count start from the date of marriage so you cant bring your spouse until 2021. I think what's confuses you is because your eufam visa was revoked you think the marriage was also void and this wait...

Re: 6 weeks absence - how long is too long?

You may have misunderstood your solicitor because travelling in last year doesn’t affect your application unless your absent for over 6 weeks the only key point is that you should not have any gap in your stamps in the final year even a gap of 1 day will make your application ineligible. For example...

Re: 6 weeks absence - how long is too long?

that's incorrect i asked them before applying that i travel for 10 days in the last years (year prior to application) and i had an email from them that says 10 days travel will be counted as continues residence and will not effect my application.
