There is no way to prove the 3 year knowing thing, however the referees must be happy to sign and more so if UKBA calls to verify, they must answer "more than 3 years".

As VR said it is critical to apply before 28 Oct with new rules coming in after that.

You should not have trusted the consultant, but on the other part you would have known that there is shortfall in your funds and so consultant has made up the bank statement. The biggest mistake from your side was to apply again and hence got...

You will need your Unique Tax Reference (UTR) number and tax return or you can ask HMRC to send you SA302. As such only UTR will do.

No need to declare accidents, unless it has gone to court and you were charged.

You can inherit agricultural property, however you cannot buy new agriculture properties. If you sell inherited property, HMRC may want a share in the form tax, that is if you tell them.

Or it may be other way round, they ask HO to send the certificate ba...

There is 6 months time limit on reference, so you will need it signed again. NCS is wrong. You can use a solicitor to send you application, they will charge you but you will not need to send original passport. There have been cases where people have asked for passports back due to unforeseen travel ...

I think council receives the certificate same time as approval letter or earlier. That is the reason they don't confirm any details and just see on the system that they have certificate and book the ceremony. If you don't receive the letter, take an identity and attend the ceremony. It seems they ar...
