I applied for ILR on Sunday night and I paid for super priority. I also uploaded my documents. My Biometrics appointment is this Thursday. I just noticed a small error. I accidentally typed in the wrong date for one of my trips outside the UK for travel history. I have 2 questions. 1. Will the Home ...

Re: ILR document checklist

No, I don’t think I’m exempt. But I want to know, as a director of a startup, what type of document will suffice? A letter outlining the work?

Re: ILR application after 3 year stay on Exceptional Talent (Proof of Income)

I know that I can submit my company accounts for the financial year. But I can also supply bank statements. If I do, does it have to be 1 year or can it be for the last 3 months before the application? The guidance states that during the time in the UK, you need to show you earned some (not all) you...

Re: ILR application after 3 year stay on Exceptional Talent (Proof of Income)

Yes - but it doesn't state how many months. Some online sites say 1 year of bank statements and some say 3 months.
Which would be ok? I think 3 months might be fine.

Re: Founder of tech startup applying for Exceptional Talent

I applied based on my performance marketing experience from a business background. I am working with a well known angel investor in developing and marketing this app. We are pre-revenue. The next step is an official launch and acquiring some VC funding.

Fair enough, I'd live to return on my own merits, hence me mentioning the Tier 1 application but she is struggling on her own. That's why we were trying to figure out an alternative but compassionate grounds is a tough sell.

Re: Child over 18 joining a naturalized UK citizen
