ILR Application for Children

Hi all,

I plan to apply for ILR for myself and my wife via PEO. I have four children and thinking to send postal application(s) for them when ours is stamped. Wondered would I need SET(O) form for each of them or only one form would cover the all?
Prompt response(s) would be highly appreciated.
