i am 4 days short in qualifying 28 days for ilr
will it be possible to apply or not

my visa end date is 24th dec

Hi Team i have query regarding my ilr application my 1st visa issued on 30th dec 2012 and i enter in uk on 14th feb 2013.after that i left uk on 16th march 2013 .and after that i came back to uk on 26 jan 2014 and after that i am continuously living in uk.my current extended visa is till 24 dec 2018...

yes i have tier 2 general visa which got extended for three year.
so i assume she dont have any problem to enter in uk with old dependent visa which is effective till 22nd jan 2017

is there any problem if my visa renewed ans she is still dependent on old one

My tier 2 visa got extended from Uk and my wife is currently in india and her dependent visa is linked to my old visa.
her visa is valid untill 22nd jan 2017.

1)Can she travel to uk in dec and apply for dependent
2)If not what need to be done to extend visa

I have checked and my brp delivery status on royal is delivered on monday 17th oct.but till now i dint recieve any acknowledegement mail from them.

Is any acknowledgement mail sent by brp error team or they will send corrected brp within 10 days.
