Tier 2 General Skilled Charge fee

Hi CR001 and all experts,
will be extending my visa through my employer, how ever i would like to know that is my employer need to pay for the Skilled Immigration Charge?
I got my 1st Tier 2 in on jan 2015.

Do not confuse the two separate fee issues. There is the ISC - which is the Immigration SKILS Charge which employers pay and the IHS which is the Immigration Health Surcharge which the applicant pays.
