Yep online payment, digital photo (best to get a professional one to meet requirements), scan of passport and IRP card. Just submitted all that online so hopefully confirmation and invite to ceremony will come soon. Now have to figure out getting from Dublin to Killarney (don't drive!) - any info on...
Yes in January and disclosure viewed beginning of Feb, I thought they had forgotten me since I saw more recently vetted applicants getting approvals! Hope you get yours soon too
Folks just curious if the ceremony in Killarney is confirmed next month?
I'd also be interested to know if people are being offered a 'choice' between ceremony and declaration and what the situation will be after this ceremony (if it goes ahead) in June?
In the same boat as some other 'forgotten' ones here. Applied October 2020, e-vetting complete beginning of Feb this year. I was hoping to be in the same lot of approvals as others from the same period but nothing yet. Emailed last week and the form of response they used in (surprisingly fast) reply...
Good to see a run of approvals coming in from those in the October 2020 and later group who went through the e-vetting process earlier this year. Frustratingly still waiting here, are there others in the same boat? Hope it comes soon! Timeline: Application Date: 19/10/2020 Received Date : 20/10/2020...
Anyone from the recent spate of e vetting got approval granted yet? Looks like most recent approvals didn't go through this stage on the timelines thread. Are they approving via declaration of fidelity still or are we back to the ceremonies?
Received e-vetting invitation form today. A little confused about if they require a copy of passport or other ID documentation to be sent back with this? Letter doesnt mention it but the guidelines included state "all applicants will be required to provide documents to validate their identity. ...
Applied for this card replacement on the 24th November, no email acknowledgement or anything through post yet though if logged in online the form comes up under submitted forms. Delay is expected but with the deadline at the end of the year any ideas if there will be problems if this is not yet proc...
Thanks for the response and very helpful advice littlerr, am I right in thinking that regardless of which route we take, if citizenship is not granted by the end of the year then the application for the card replacement program (or change to stamp 4) needs to be made by December 31st 2021?
Bit of an unusual issue this one. My spouse is a NON-EU citizen here on the Stamp 4 EU-FAM card based on my UK citizenship. He's applied for Irish citizenship in 2020 and we were hoping that this might happen before the end of 2021 to avoid having to make the change with the IRP card. It might still...
Is there any word on the possibility of this scheme being extended beyond May or are we back to in person ceremonies after that (and possibly not until December?)
Ok. How exactly does the good character check is specified in the letter? scan of my second stage letter: https://ibb.co/WK540Q2 Interestingly this is the same wording of the letter that came back with passport and receipts last week after a 4 month wait. Should it be interpreted as a second stage ...
Happy to say passport and receipt/application number letter finally arrived yesterday, can only hope that the rest of the process goes as swiftly and smoothly as it has for some members here.
Application Based On Irish Spouse (NON-EU) Application Date: 19/10/2020 Received Date : 20/10/2020 Acknowledgement and Passport Return : 26/02/2021 (didn't get a phone call or email checking address. Just had registered envelope delivered by anpost with passport, receipt and letter with application ...
I don't follow your point? Just because i've experienced a 4 month wait that doesnt give any indication of the average timeframe.. indeed from my read of the thread it seems the turnaround is faster for most
