Dear Sunil,

Are you reassuring this based upon some case or is it just your thought? What about the extract that I referred above? Didn't that propose that one (primary applicant + dependent) should travel within 3 months?

Dear ashishashah, I was also planning for the same route until I read the following (Especially the text in bold): 1.4 - Validity of entry clearance and leave to enter The validity of entry clearance and leave to enter are normally the same. There are two significant dates on the entry clearance, th...

I only send a printout of email from my uncle with my HSMP application stating a little description about his house and that he'll accomodate me. But luckily my uncle visited Pakistan before I applied for EC and he provided me a letter on his letter head stating the same and signed that letter. BHC ...

My honest advice would be not to proceed with re-applying with Xerox copy. Reason simply being another refusal because of no original approval letter. This seems like a real life lesson for all prospective HSMP applicants that you should reveal all the information carefully. Mere exclusion of one do...

Then there are two alternatives you can try. But some expert opinion should also be taken on these because these are just my thoughts and not some real life case that I've been through: 1) You can ask for permission from your office about re-generating the pay slips for yourself and then get them si...

Consequently I am not satisfied that false representations were not made This clearly shows that your case has been charged for attempt for deception. They have given you the chance of appeal but clearly stopped you from applying for EC again (Since you're required to provide original approval lett...

Dear melimango My honest advice would be to not take risk and request your employer (both past and present) to issue you monthly/bi-monthly/weekly salary slips. The consolidated slip you're talking about is rather a salary certificate which will be a bonus for your application. But don't risk your a...

I am just wondering what benefits are there in converting to HSMP from dependent. If one can work on dependent visa then what is so special there that made you convert into HSMP?

As far as I know, you still have a long way to go for getting US visa. And if I am not wrong, it is not 100% guaranteed at this level that the visa will be granted. My advice would be to play it safe. Go to UK and inform MS about this so that your information for visa processing will be updated. And...

I requested NARIC for a degree equivalance letter in August and till November they dispatched 3 copies of that letter to me or atleast they claimed. But I never received one and I don't care for one anymore as my HSMP got approved even without the equivalence letter. I am from Karachi, Pakistan.
