Willpenn can you provide your details. What category were you previously on. Was RLMT conducted or was it a job in Shortage Occupations. When did you receive the COS approval.

Mine is still Under Review. The COS allocations list for November has been released. We have not received any letter from UK Immigration requesting us for additional information.

My status is still Under Review

Yeah SOC Code 2135 and we are meeting minimum salary threshold for experienced worker. Not sure why it went to Under Review.

No extra information has been requested. The status got changed to Under Review on the date of allocation which was 11 Nov

Is it showing Under Review. Mine is Under Review and not Pending. COS was applied for 3 years on Nov 3.

Your visa is expiring in 10 days but I guess you can legally stay for 28 more days and still be able to apply. You can check with senior members but I read this on Governments website.

I am here as Tier 4 dependent. My company a Tier 2 sponsor applied for restricted COS before 5th November for a job in Shortage Occupation list. The employer checked and told me the COS status says Under Review. Any ideas why this is Under Review and Not Approved yet.
