So if i apply now, get my HSMP and EC done and then plan to come after March to UK, will it be fine ?
Or will I have to come to UK before the new rules are applied ?

Thanks,
SS

Thanks buddy..

But will I not have to meet all the new set of rules also once they are introduced or we will be exempted from them once they are implemented as it will be for all new applications ?

Thanks,
SS

Apply now or after new rules are implemented

Hi,

Will it be better to apply under the current rules or should I wait for the new rules till March ?

What could be the possible pros and cons of both...?

Thanks,
SS

(assuming that we have been financially active in the course of 5 years and also have been in the UK for all the period required) Its like in US, peo...

No problem with your quote, except the context of usage above, I referred that as immoral not as wrong. I referred work-study (F/T)-work plan under HSPM is wrong. HSMP is the only option given for non-EEA nationals to stay without a job. This is the freedom given to the holder to ACTIVELY LOOK for ...

Re: MBA on HSMP ??

This has been discussed many times in this forum in the past. Try to use search facilities. I know a case someone use his HSMP visa (it was year 2003/2004) for full time degree course and he still get to manage to get extention. but not full extension (at that time 3 years). He just got 1 year exte...
